Brew City, the McCain owned food beer snack brand, has appointed social-first creative agency The Wild, powered by Jungle Creations, as its lead agency.&nbsp;
The win follows a competitive pitch and will see The Wild working with Brew City to raise awareness of the brand by making Brew City famous as the go-to beer snack for bevvies with mates.&nbsp;
The Wild will provide management and creation of social content for Brew City's GB social pages as well as activating campaigns beyond social, through print, radio and OOH. The work will be carried out across the UK, with the first campaign execution scheduled to launch in early 2022.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;

The Wild joins forces with Verified; a United Nations initiative tackling misinformation around coronavirus
&lsquo;Experts vs The Internet&rsquo; sees leading experts address COVID-19 topics that are prone to misinformation
The United Nations&rsquo; (UN) initiative Verified is collaborating with The Wild to launch the social campaign &lsquo;Experts vs The Internet&rsquo;, aimed at tackling the spread of misinformation around coronavirus.
The Verified campaign's mission is to create content that cuts through the noise to deliver life-saving information, fact-based advice and stories from the best of humanity. By promoting and sharing Verified content, everyday people can play a crucial role in spreading reliable information that counters misinformation.
The &lsquo;Experts vs The Internet&rsquo; campaign will contain three episodes produced by The Wild, and will feature leading experts as they address topics surrounding COVID-19 that are prone to misinformation. They deliver the facts, separating truth from conjecture. Through the series, the UN hopes to shift audience behaviour, encouraging people to seek reputable sources, to take care before they share information with others and urging them to consider the negative impact of sharing incorrect information.
The first episode is centred around &lsquo;Transmission&rsquo; and sees the experts answer common questions about coronavirus such as &lsquo;where did COVID-19 come from?&rsquo;, &lsquo;how does coronavirus spread?&rsquo;, and &lsquo;what do masks actually do?&rsquo; Episode two will tackle &lsquo;Treatment and Symptoms&rsquo;, with the third episode covering &lsquo;Vaccines.&rsquo;
The three episodes will be distributed on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube by Jungle Creations&rsquo; news and entertainment brand VT, which has over 39 million followers across social platforms, and will be amplified through Facebook and Instagram Stories.

Jungle Creations&rsquo; creative agency, The Wild, has won the UK social media marketing accounts for the brands ibis, ibis Styles, ibis budget, Mercure and Novotel, part of the Accor group.
Beginning in February, The Wild will specifically run the Facebook accounts for these brands, including the development and production of all content, supporting brand partnerships and ultimately diversifying the brands&rsquo; appeal.
The Wild has been tasked with showcasing the unique experiences ibis offers, specifically supporting ibis&rsquo; music program, ibis Music. For Novotel, they will communicate its brand positioning around time well spent, creating content for strands Take Time and Make Time, and for Mercure, they will amplify its &lsquo;Discover Local&rsquo; philosophy that encourages guests to explore their surroundings and the local culture.

Major League Baseball (MLB) has collaborated with The Wild, Jungle Creations&rsquo; creative agency, to produce its new 10-week YouTube series &lsquo;Bases Covered&rsquo;, designed to keep British and European fans entertained and excited about baseball.
Filmed and produced entirely during lockdown, &lsquo;Bases Covered&rsquo; sees sports journalist and Boston Red Sox fan, Max Whittle and Hashtag United player and influencer, Jemel One Five challenged to recruit a roster of celebrity influencers to form their own baseball team, without leaving their homes.
<h2>EACH WEEKLY EPISODE WILL FOCUS ON A SPECIFIC ELEMENT OF BASEBALL FROM THEMES LIKE BATTING AND PITCHING TO THOSE THAT SURROUND THE SPORT LIKE BALLPARK FOOD AND FAN CULTURE.</h2>
They'll be calling in favours from the US, with regular appearances from current and former MLB superstars to share their advice, allowing viewers to discover all the aspects of baseball that make the game so compelling.
The series will culminate with the team getting together to meet for the first time and play a game. Commenting on what people can expect from the series, Max Whittle said: &ldquo;Ultimately it is two Brits, both representing the global expansion of baseball that we have seen in recent years, presenting from two very different angles. Myself, the established fan and broadcaster and Jemel, a YouTuber and new fan who will learn about the game along the way. Expect fun, engaging content that will often be straight out of left field!&rdquo;
The&nbsp;<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jNddu3Rss0Q" target="_blank" rel="noopener">first episode</a>&nbsp;has now received over 100,000 views and focuses on arguably the most exciting part of the game for newcomers and existing fans - batting. It features six-time All-Star, Chase Utley (Phillies &amp; Dodgers) as he helps Max and Jemel with their swing before they announce their first signing; former World&rsquo;s Strongest Man Eddie Hall, who is picked as the team&rsquo;s &lsquo;Catcher&rsquo; and brings with him the strength to clear the back fence with just a flick of the wrists, and the presence to psych out any opposition player.
<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hR-7yifrqDM" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Episode 2</a>&nbsp;focuses on ballpark food with the help of competitive &lsquo;super eater&rsquo;, Leah Shutkever, and the second teammate, DJ BBQ, who was chosen as shortstop (who is not short on personality) and knows his way around a home plate AND a hot plate.
&lsquo;Bases Covered&rsquo; forms part of MLB&rsquo;s wider global initiative #MLBatHome, and aims to ensure that the public can still find ways to engage with the sport and connect with the baseball community whilst teaching the public new skills and increasing their baseball knowledge. Targeted at new fans, existing fans and playing community, the new series acts as the ultimate pre-season companion giving people a reason to smile and making sure they are looking forward to baseball starting up again.
